Edea Skates

We are very pround to announce that we are now an official EDEA skates dealer.

Edea recognized us as an important player on the Belgian market and allowed us to become their newest dealer for their quality figureskating boots in Belgium.

Edea History

Innovation. Italian style. Modern craftsmanship. Edea embodies all of these in the production of its skating boots. Skating is the family history, uniting the generations in their passion. It started with the grandfather who made top notch skates in his workshop for skaters in the local area. The second generation also worked making skates and they created their own skate company. It was only natural that the third generation would continue the skating tradition and the ambition to create the perfect skate. Thanks to the support of her family and the assistance of experts the team at Edea went to work on creating the perfect shoe. After two years of intensive research and development their first boots hit the ice on 02/02/2002.

Like skaters who push the boundaries and crate new bests, skating technology and boot design are always moving on as new materials are added to our resources. At Edea we are always pushing the limits. We are continually researching developing and testing: striving for perfection. Putting on blade covers after wiping protects the edges of your skates and helps your blades last longer and prevents them rusting. EDEA have made this rather mundane task more glamorous by adding a touch of elegance with blade covers made of synthetic mink. Adding more style is the Edea logo featuring rhinestone on one side. These stylish blade covers look great but also feature inner padding and an absorbent lining keeping the blades dry. Colours: White, Black. One size fits all.

Putting on blade covers after wiping protects the edges of your skates and helps your blades last longer and prevents them rusting. Edea have designed a new easy-to-use blade cover. They’re elastic so they are easy to put on. They’re reinforced with an extra nylon base to last longer. They’re made from shiny new microfiber material with a thick inner padding and an absorbent cotton lining help to remove moisture and keep the blades dry. It contains a combination of ACTIVATED CHARCOAL to eliminate odors and SILICA GEL to absorb moisture. edea-tipEDEA TIP To help your skates stay perfect Edea recommend all laces are loosened off after each session and that the tongue is put upright in the boot. NOTE: Like all Edea products this is safe and non-toxic. We do not use DMF (DIMETHYL FUMARATE) unlike other silica gels on the market. Please read the instructions carefully to get the best from this product. Dimensions: cm 27 (height), cm 7 (width). Longer inside the boot. 8,00 € each Socks SOCKS Edea socks are specifically designed for skating: • to ensure maximum sensitivity • to absorb moisture • to help keep a constant temperature To ensure the best performance these socks do not crease during movement, so avoid rubbing the skin and causing blisters. By making our socks with a seamless toe section rubbing and other annoying sensations are eliminated during jumps. They are designed so that 1 cm of material is visible above the level of the boot so that the sock is practically “invisible”. The socks are made of Meril fabric (97% microfiber + 3% elastan). The gloves are designed with a close-fitting wrist for comfort. Training hard sometimes means tumbles. These gloves have a series of rubber dots on the palm to absorb the shock of impacts and provide a better grip for getting up. Colours: White, Black and Skin. With Edea shadow logo. 95,00 € each Super Trolley SUPER TROLLEY Stand out from the crowd with the Edea super trolley – it’s light and spacious and ideal not only for carrying your skates but all your skating kit. It’s made from a thick weave anti-tear polyester with an internal frame for extra rigidity and toughness. The 70mm diameter wheels are made from polyurethane, with reinforced hubs, making them long lasting and silent. The bag can be easily pulled by the extendible aluminum handle or alternatively carried by the 2 integral handles. Inside the bag there is loads of room for your skates, which can also be held in place by specially created elastic straps. Additionally there is a mesh pocket inside, a large central pocket with a double zip for clothing as well as a large double zipped lower pocket for all those extra things we all need. It even has expandable panels to allow you to get extra stuff in. The bag is designed in its unexpanded form to fit cabin luggage on most airlines (59cmx36cmx20cm).

The front pocket with double zipper is for storing small items such as spare laces, socks, the Edea Lace strap, or a lace puller. 2 lateral pockets in mesh fabric are for bottles and blade covers. This means the wet blade covers are stored outside the bag stopping clothes and skates from getting wet. The rigid inner base is covered in material designed to absorb moisture.
